Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account information: your email address, name, password (stored hashed by our authentication provider), and optional profile details you add during onboarding.

Your venture content: the ideas you type, the business documents 6cript generates, the software it builds, the records you store in your built tools, assistant conversations, and workflow drafts.

Billing records: your plan, payments, and credit usage. Card and mobile-money details are handled by our payment providers — we never see or store full card numbers.

Usage and technical data: logs of requests to the service (including IP address and browser information) used for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.

2. How we use it

To run the product: generating your verdicts, plans, and software requires sending the relevant parts of your content to AI model providers, storing results, and showing them back to you.

To operate the business: processing payments, metering AI usage against your plan, sending transactional email (welcome, billing, renewal reminders), and responding to support requests.

To keep the service safe: rate limiting, abuse detection, and debugging.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your venture content to advertise to you.

3. Who processes your data

We are a small company and use trusted service providers to run 6cript. Your data is processed by: Supabase (database, authentication, and storage), Vercel (application hosting), AI model providers that power generation — Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Groq, and OpenRouter — which receive the prompts needed to fulfil your requests, Daytona (isolated build sandboxes where your app is compiled), Paystack and Stripe (payments), and Resend (transactional email).

Each provider receives only what it needs to do its job. AI providers receive prompt content but are used under terms that do not permit them to use our API traffic to train their models (per their respective API data policies).

4. Where your data lives and how long we keep it

Our infrastructure providers host data in secure data centers (primarily in the United States and Europe). Your account and venture content are kept while your account is active. If you delete your account — or ask us to — we delete your personal data and venture content within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons (like payment records).

5. Your rights and choices

You can access and export your venture data from inside the product. You can ask us to correct or delete your personal data, object to processing, or request a copy of what we hold, by emailing us — we honor these requests for everyone, not only where GDPR or similar laws apply.

If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, or a jurisdiction with similar data-protection law, these are your statutory rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection), and you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

6. Cookies

6cript uses cookies for one purpose: keeping you signed in (authentication session cookies) and remembering product preferences like your theme. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.

7. Children

6cript is not directed at children and may not be used by anyone under 18.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or in the product before they take effect.
