Terms of Service

1. Who we are

6cript is a product of Imagined Ware, a software company based in Accra, Ghana. These terms are an agreement between you and Imagined Ware covering your use of 6cript and related services at imaginedware.com.

2. What 6cript is

6cript is an AI venture studio: you describe a business idea in plain language, and 6cript uses artificial intelligence to evaluate it, generate business documents, build software (tools, websites, assistants, and automations), and help you operate it.

AI output is generated automatically and can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Verdicts, business plans, funding maps, and generated software are starting points, not professional advice. They are not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and you should not treat them as a substitute for professional judgment. Business decisions you make based on 6cript output are yours.

3. Your account

You need an account to use the product. Keep your password safe — activity under your account is your responsibility. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and provide accurate information.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse the service, or create risk for other users or for us.

4. Your content and what gets built

You own what you put in (your ideas, your business data, your records) and what 6cript builds for you (the generated plans, apps, and assistants for your venture). We claim no ownership over your ventures.

To run the service, you give us permission to process your content: store it, send relevant parts of it to the AI model providers that power the product, and display it back to you. We do not sell your content.

You are responsible for what you build and how you use it. Do not use 6cript to build anything unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or infringing — including spam operations, scams, malware, or products that violate other people’s rights.

5. Plans, billing, and credits

Free accounts include a limited number of AI actions per day on free models. Paid plans (billed monthly through Paystack or Stripe) include a monthly AI allowance in credits, access to premium models, and additional features. Monthly allowances reset each billing cycle and do not roll over; purchased top-up credits do roll over.

You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Because AI usage costs us money the moment it happens, payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun, except where the law where you live requires otherwise or where we choose to make an exception. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will look at it honestly.

Prices may change. If they do, we will tell you before your next renewal.

6. Service availability

6cript is under active development. We work hard to keep it available and to protect your data (see our Security page), but we provide the service "as is" and "as available" — we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features may change, be added, or be removed as the product evolves.

7. Limits of our liability

To the maximum extent the law allows: Imagined Ware is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising from your use of 6cript. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose (or USD 50 if you paid nothing).

Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law where you live grants you and does not allow to be waived.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ghana, unless mandatory consumer law where you live says otherwise.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product grows. If a change is significant, we will notify you by email or inside the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use 6cript after a change means you accept the updated terms.
